About the Training Department
Buhl Electric Company currently employs three full time trainers. These men are in charge of designing and implementing training programs for Buhl Electric employees. The trainers instruct all new employees throughout their week long orientation and training session where they learn the basics of the company and the basics of residential electrical wiring.
Buhl Electric offers a tuition reimbursement program for employees who wish to enroll in electrical classes. We also sponsor employees for apprenticeship programs. We currently have 108 employees enrolled in electrical classes and 40 employees in a four year apprenticeship program.
