Dominion Valley Country Club

In colonial times it was known as the "Carolina Road". Today, it is now known as route 15 and located just 45 minutes west of our nations capitol sits the beautiful gated community of Dominion Valley.  Created by Toll Brothers this community that will have over 2,500 homes when completed features among it's many other amenities an 18 hole Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course. Included in this gated community is the active adult (55 and over) area know as The Regency at Dominion Valley.  Buhl Electric has been working for Toll Brothers on their award winning luxury homes and active adult community since the beginning of this project.

Broadlands

Located in Loudoun County just off the Dulles Greenway is the planned community of Broadlands.  Developed by Van Metre Companies, this community of almost 4000 homes is so unique that in February 2008 The National Wildlife Federation named Broadlands as a Certified Community Wildlife Habitat.  Buhl Electic has been working with Van Metre Homes on their extensive offerings of single family and townhomes at Broadlands with a home for every lifestyle or budget.

Andrews Air Force Base, MD

Home to Air Force One, Andrews Airforce base in Maryland is the first opportunity Buhl Electric has had to team up with Clark Realty Builders to work on base housing for our service men and women. Started in December 2008 we are currently working on wiring 200 new houses and 215 renovated houses.

Verena at The Reserve

122 Condominium style apartments located near historic Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia.  Built by Aberon Construction for First Centrum Corporation this community is for independent seniors age 62 and over.  www.verenaatthereserve.com

City Center Phase 1

Located next the the Virginia Railway Express station in Manassas Park, Virginia this is the first phase of a master planned development that will incorporate both residential units and retail space. George Mason Faculty Housing

The George Mason University campus in Fairfax, Virginia now has 157 upscale town homes for their faculty and staff thanks to the efforts of Clark Realty Builders.  Unlike a normal town home project, these units were constructed in 37 buildings with a eye to detail that insured they would blend into the campus environment.  Buhl Electric is very proud to have been a part of this project that started in March 2009 and was completed in January 2010 

Smiths Landing Apartments

Named after Bruce Smith, the legendary Virginia Tech football player, this project is located within walking distance of the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg, Virginia. These 284 luxury apartments were constructed by Bruce Smith Development LLC in conjunction with Armada Hoffler Development Company for the students and faculty of this university.  Buhl Electric was very proud to work on this project with these companies.  For more information please visit www.smithslandingapartments.com.  

Ashburn Meadows

Within the master planned community of Ashburn Village sits a 336 unit garden style apartment community built by Clark Realty Builders.  Buhl Electric was responsible for the electical of not only the units but also the club house and pool.

Sunchase at James Madison

Within walking distance of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia Clark Realty Builders built a 197 unit student housing community.  These three and four story garden style apartments also feature a clubhouse and pool for their residents and are available as market rate apartments as well.
